Shipped items, especially the Roof Tents, are very large and heavy and in many cases will require two people to unload and manoeuvre them. This means your assistance will be required to help the driver unload the item from the delivery lorry or van.
All deliveries are tracked and you must be available to both accept and assist with the delivery. Failure to accept delivery may incur a restocking fee. Any damage to the exterior of the carton must be noted before the delivery of the roof tent is accepted. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims of damage due to delivery issues.
Collection of your roof tent is available by appointment only. The collection service is for the collection of the packaged item only. Assistance is available to load the packaged roof tent on to a trailer or into the back of a large van. There is no disposal of packaging available. This is for you to take away. Likewise, there is no assistance available to lift the item onto the roof of a vehicle. If you require this then you must either provide your own manpower or use our fitting service.
A fitting service is for the fitting of the roof tent to suitable roof bars (crossrails) or a roof rack only. It is your responsibility to ensure you have suitable roof rails or roof rack fitted to your vehicle. The fitting service includes the disposal of packaging. Get in touch if you need more advice.
Any additional requirements for modifications or additional work will be chargeable by Orange 4×4 Ltd, this included the fitment of roof bars to your roof.
Once an item is been unboxed it can no longer be considered new.
Please note that there is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE IN PLACE if you purchase a tent and return it opened. This is because we are no longer able to sell the returned tent as new.
