Collection
Collection of your roof tent is available by appointment only. The collection service is for the collection of the packaged item only. There is no disposal of packaging available. This is for you to take away. Likewise, there is no assistance available to lift the item onto the roof of a vehicle. If you require this then you must provide your own manpower.
Returns
Once an item is been unboxed it can no longer be considered new.
Please note that there is a 20% RESTOCKING FEE IN PLACE if you purchase a tent and return it opened. This is because we are no longer able to sell the returned tent as new.
